SUPPORT FOR CONFERENCE RELATED TRAVEL
The UAAC-AAUC travel fund is reserved in the first instance for graduate students who present papers at the conference. Normally, awards are prioritized according to the distance one has to travel. Since the demand on our travel budget is very high, we can only reimburse people for part of their actual travel costs: bus, train, airfare, etc., and we regret that we cannot pay for accommodation and lodging.
Please fill out the Travel Reimbursement form ( 2011) , attach your original travel receipts and send them to Fran Pauzé by regular mail or courier (not email) by November 19, 2011.
Forms received after this date will not be considered for reimbursement. Processing reimbursements usually requires approximately one month.
